Are you an experienced Business Development Manager seeking an exciting opportunity? Do you have experience working within an electric vehicle/ electric generator company? A leading organisation that specialise in the design and development for the next generation of Aerospace engines. They have recently started a ground-breaking innovative project and as a result of this, they are seeking a Business Development Manager, on a permanent basis, to help direct, coordinate and set up strategic planning, marketing activities and business development across the business.

The Business Development Manager will receive:

The Business Development Manager will require the following experience and have the following duties:
Duties:
• Support the strategic plans of the business that align with the vision and objective of the company
• Lead market research and assist in the identification, analysis and promotion of new business
• Utilise the future projects team to lead new product study
• Develop a vast and broad external network and build effective relationships / influence key stakeholders

Knowledge and Experience
Essential
• Team leadership experience
• A strong academic background (ideally degree qualified)
• Experience working in a similar job role / working capacity for 5 plus years
• Experience working within the electric drive / electric generation industries
Desirable Skills / Qualifications
• Industry experience working in the space / NPI / R&D environment
• Experience working with Company Boards and Investors
