Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Due to our continued success year on year (having doubled profit/turnover in the last 12 months) we are rapidly expanding!

We require a number of candidates with good sales or customer service backgrounds who are looking to get into the technical recruitment industry. Recruitment experience is not essential however you must be articulate, driven to succeed, have a tenacious nature, a great telephone manner and be highly motivated. In return CG Consultants can offer you a lucrative career in recruitment and offer professional training (both in house and DVD / course training).

You will be educated to at least A-Level or equivalent standard.

Commission is un-capped and earning potential is superb but is dependant on effort, commitment and a strong desire to succeed. If you really want success and are prepared to put in the effort, you will get it here.

THE SALARY/BENEFITS

• £25K - £40K OTE
• Commission is un-capped and there is no ‘threshold’ to meet before earning commission.
• Commission is earned from the very first placement and is paid monthly

THE CANDIDATE
Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Key Duties will include:

• Managing and servicing the applicant database
• Creating advertisements for vacancies
• Devising search strings, then searching the internet and in-house databases for candidates
• Speaking to candidates, networking and obtaining both candidate and client referrals
• Assessing candidates’ suitability for jobs
• Preparing CV’s to send to clients
• Salary and hourly rate negotiation

Once competent with the above, to begin to deal with existing clients and conduct new business development.
