It goes without saying that engaged employees think, feel and act in a way which seems to show greater levels of commitment to their employer. There are many trainers out there, but Dr Mariya Ali has an approach that is long term and sustainable.

 

DR Ali, has over 25 years international experience working as a consultant for the Cabinet Office, UNICEF, UNESCO, Curtin University Australia, Brunel University, Oxford Brooks University, Gender Empowerment Program in the Maldives, to name but a few.  She was previously also Deputy Minister for Health and Family in the Maldives and Policy Undersecretary to the President of the Maldives.

 

She’s an award-winning women and children’s rights advocate and was selected as one of the 80 women around the world interviewed for London School of Economics study on women in public life titled “Above the Parapet” in 2013.
